Hello Donors and Volunteers,
As 2025 draws to a close, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your belief in MPower Girls Camp changed lives this year — and we have the data to prove it. If you have a minute please read through this short recap of our results.
We are achieving our goals!!!!
Camper Results (2024 + 2025 Pooled, Weighted)
The combined 2024 and 2025 camper results show strong and consistent growth in the areas most central to MPower Girls Camp’s mission.
• Teamwork was the most significant outcome. Girls emphasized how much they gained from working together, making new friends, and feeling part of a community.
• Confidence: Showing notable growth as campers built self-esteem and learned to trust in their abilities.
• Independence: Showing that girls became more comfortable making decisions and solving problems on their own.
• STEM: While camp clearly ignited excitement in some STEM areas, this also signals an
opportunity to enhance the STEM programming for future years.
Summary: The pooled camper data confirms that camp is consistently building teamwork, confidence, and independence in underserved girls, while highlighting STEM engagement as a programmatic growth area. Just what we were created to do!!!!!
When asked what is the one thing the other girls learned about you at camp? The campers answered:
"That I am smart and kind and brave".
"That I was kind and helped them too. I became stronger. Other girls helped me".

Parent Results (2024 + 2025 Pooled, Weighted)
The combined parent surveys from 2024 and 2025 reinforce the positive impact of camp, with parents consistently observing growth in their daughters’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Teamwork again emerged as the strongest theme as parents noted that their daughters built friendships, collaborated effectively, and developed stronger social skills.
• Confidence: Parents affirming that camp gave their daughters opportunities to discover new strengths and build self-assurance.
• Independence: Showing parents’ recognize camp challenged girls to solve problems and take responsibility in new ways.
• STEM: Reflecting progress in sparking curiosity, while also highlighting room to deepen
academic enrichment.
Summary: Parents consistently validate camp’s transformative impact, especially in building confidence and teamwork. Their feedback also confirms that strengthening STEM programming should remain a priority as the program grows.
